Join Us

To join The Pan Maniot Youth Union of Australia simply follow the following steps:

1. Download the PMYUA Membership Application Form [PDF 44Kb] (Ordinary members) or
   the Pan Maniot Dance Group Membership Application Form [PDF 44Kb]. (Dance group members Only)
   The membership forms are in PDF format. To open them, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system.
2. Fill in the relevant form, and post it to:
   The Secretary
   The Pan Maniot Youth of Australia
   P.O. Box 1556
   Preston South Victoria 3072
3. The P.M.Y.U.A. will inform you in writing, whether your Membership Application has been approved or not approved.
4. Should your membership application be approved, you will be sent an invoice for the Annual Subscription Fee of $10.00. Please do NOT send any payment with the Membership Application Form.
5. Once you receive your invoice, send a cheque or Money Order for $10.00 made out to The Pan Maniot Youth Union of Australia and the remittance section of your invoice to the address above.
6. Upon receipt of your payment and remittance, you will be sent a Membership Card and welcome letter from the Association.
